There are two bedrooms. The second bedroom can be set up as a king or two singles; request your preference in advance.

The kitchen has an oven, hob and breakfast bar. Please ask if you need confirmation of a specific appliance.
Bathroom
There is one bathroom with a bath and shower over.
Garden
Outdoor garden space is being prepared and is not currently advertised as available for guest use.
Dogs
Please include the number of dogs in your enquiry so we can confirm the arrangements.
Check-in and check-out
Arrival and departure details will be provided when your booking is confirmed.
Availability and prices
Send us your preferred dates for an individual quotation and confirmation of availability.
Payment
Bookings are handled personally, with bank transfer details provided after the dates and terms have been agreed.
Booking confirmation
An enquiry is not a reservation. Your booking is confirmed only after the agreed requirements are met and you receive written confirmation.
